First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an International Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients.
To manage the repatriation service around the world with a sympathetic and efficient understanding of the needs of the customer.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Speak on the phone with customers with a professional and efficient attitude but with a sympathetic / empathetic tone.
2. Input data into computer system and use this system to identify, research, resolve customer issues and manage cases.
3. Communicate with customers to identify, research and resolve all queries and issues.
4. Up sell products and services.
5. Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff where necessary.
6. Ensure data / information is correctly inputted into the system and all required fields are populated.
7. Research billing issues and refer to appropriate department.
8. Promote the company at exhibitions, chamber meetings, visits to government offices and networking.
9. Gather information for international regulations and company bible.
10. Make recommendations for process improvements.
11. Viewing deceased prior to transportation.
12. Meet with families face to face.
13. External visits to Government offices when required.
14. In addition to the duties set out above you may at any time or from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
Skills and Qualifications:
15. Strong communication skills including empathetic approach.
16. Must have a fluent 2nd language
17. Ability to instil confidence.
18. Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
19. Computer literate.
20. Excellent attention to detail.
21. Methodical thinker not easily bemused.
22. Flexibility with working hours and cover.
23. Ability to work under pressure and to set and prioritise tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
24. Excellent command of the English language – written and spoken.
