You are responsible for delivering an exceptional, right first time, service to our clients in line with the client’s contractual requirements and ITG's own KPI’s. Your primary focus will be providing support to deliver photographic requirements. In addition, you will support in overseeing ATL (exc TV), CRM (inc. Mailer) requirements, ensuring everything is delivered within budget, on time and on brand. You will work closely with the Creative Production AD and BD to actively promote the full ITG offering to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and develop the account.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders/decision makers to ensure your team fully understands the client’s marketing strategy, aims and goals, enabling ITG to deliver the best service.
* Professional adherence to all processes and best practices to ensure every project is produced impeccably, is right first time, every time, and is always on-time.
* Responding to all client requirements within the designated SLA frameworks; developing robust proposals and timing plans to support.
* Championing and supporting the development of best-in-class briefs to support creative and photography teams delivering great outputs.
* Providing strategic creative input to the client’s marketing teams, giving advice on creative direction, channel execution, and brand consistency.
* Supporting the collation and validation of photographic requirements from the client, in producing shot count matrices.
* Engaging internal resource SMEs (where relevant) to support in the delivery of projects (strategists, ECDs, Performance Marketing, etc).
* Working alongside the Traffic Manager and Production teams to ensure that work is efficiently scheduled and managed and that resource utilization is closely monitored; you will work closely with senior client stakeholders to keep them fully up to speed on retained hours used and flag when moving into Pay as you Go model.
* Working closely with other key agency partners attending all-agency briefing sessions and regular status updates.
* Accurately maintaining status reports to present to both the client and to ITG to monitor account performance and client priorities.
* Responsibility for the Photographic P&L; you must optimize the commercial benefits from the customer to ensure maximum profitability whilst remaining within client’s commercial agreements.
Minimum Requirements:
* Strong understanding and experience in a creative role within Retail Marketing working across all channels (i.e. Radio, POS, Digital).
* Experience in managing the delivery of complex large-scale photography shoots.
* Experience working within a busy, pressurized retail marketing environment.
* An excellent service-minded approach with proven customer management skills.
* Second-to-none project management & organizational skills – you will be operating in an environment of ever-changing priorities.
* Good problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
* Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
* Highly numerate and commercially aware.
* Computer literate with good knowledge of Adobe software solutions (In-Design, Illustrator, etc).
