Role Overview:
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Employer Engagement Officer to join our Employability team in Middlesbrough, until the 31st March 2026.
This is a roam role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

Key Responsibilities:
* You’ll spend a lot of your time engaging with employers of all sizes to find amazing placements and training opportunities for your participants.
* You’ll have your own caseload of participants and will be supporting them through the process from first contact onwards.
* You’ll be delivering employability training sessions where required.
About You:
* You should have great communication skills, both with employers and participants.
* Ideally, you’ll have some experience of mentoring and developing others.
* You’ll be comfortable prioritising your time to effectively manage your caseload.
