The Client - This Public Sector organisation is involved in high technology research and development, diagnostic and analytical testing for Government departments, public bodies, and commercial companies. The Role: Credible role sits within the Research Farmed Estates and reports to the Farm Manager while assisting the team through office administrative duties. Duties will include but will not be limited to: Reconcile invoices (feed bills, haulier etc). Reconcile accounts/invoices for the Vets, order medicine/drugs as required for the farmed platform. Register all animals on the correct accreditation platform and manage invoices. Manage the pedigree and certification of animals going to sale or culled. Manage the PPE site wide, including ordering, storing, issuing. Manage the procurement, ordering, issuing and reconciliation of animal tags on site at Hillsborough and Loughgall. Manage the BVD sample process and resampling if required. Responsible for registration of all calving event, deaths and movements using NIFAS. Responsible for organising TB testing for all Animals at Hillsborough and Loughgall. Manage the reporting of positive test animals (TB, BR, BVD) to have isolated. Assist with managing the processing around animals that abort and placed into isolation. Liaise with waste manager regarding clinical waste on site. Manage internal Cora time systems and inputting staff data. Manage and maintain Agriwebb Contract and administrator. Manage the soil nutrient health scheme contract - maintain responsibility for all soil records on site. Assist with the Nutrient Management Plan for organisation's farmed estate with the Farm Manager. Providing support to the Head of Branch where required, i.e. minute taking, actions log, pulling together Farm Unit KPIs. General admin duties and responsibilities and any other duties required by management. The Person As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience: Essential: Candidates with at least 1 year administrative/clerical experience. 5 GCSE Grades A - C or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English Language. Have proficiency in the use of IT system packages in particular the Microsoft Suite.
