AV Technician - Law Firm, AV, Audio Visual, Conferencing tools
Our top tier international law firm client is currently looking to take on a new AV Technician on a permanent basis. The firm is undergoing a major business transformation, evolving from a static mid-sized firm to an extremely fast-growing and innovative law firm.
This AV Technician role will be responsible for supporting a new office move taking place over the coming months and ensuring the AV spaces are set up and running correctly.
To be considered for this Senior AV Technician role, it's ideal to have:
1. Ideal but not required law firm experience
2. 3+ years within AV support
3. Strong understanding of Microsoft products (MS Teams, 365, Teams rooms, etc.)
Main duties for the role:
1. Oversee the setup and operation of AV equipment for live events, conferences, and meetings.
2. Coordinate with event planners and stakeholders to understand AV requirements and provide solutions.
3. Manage inventory and maintenance of AV equipment.
4. Train and supervise junior AV staff and technicians.
5. Stay up to date with the latest AV technology and trends.
6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV-related issues.
7. Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate AV systems with organizational infrastructure.
