Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contact Center Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing contact center solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with senior engineers and architects to design and implement contact center solutions.
* Utilize knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, API Gateway, Pinpoint) to create effective contact center systems.
* Gain hands-on experience with Amazon Connect features, including designing contact flows, setting up agent desktops, and optimizing routing strategies.
* Learn and apply AWS CDK for infrastructure automation, streamlining deployments and simplifying management of AWS resources.
* Resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth performance of contact center applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications accurately.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
* Previous exposure to performance or load testing in cloud-based systems.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
