About the role: The Head of Mass Market will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for the Mass Market segment, driving growth and strengthening the company’s presence in this key market. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, solid experience in wealth management, specifically distribution of investment products to retail, and an innovative approach to sales and product marketing. Key Responsibilities: Strategic and team leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive farming and retention strategy for the Moneyfarm Mass Market Segment, focusing on improving engagement effectiveness and customer experience and consequently increasing business volumes Be the ultimate responsible for the Mass Market segment results and achievements. Coordinate and inspire a cross-functional team, including Investment Advisor, Marketing and Product development, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Identify customer's needs, pain points, and competitive threats to shape the segment’s strategic direction Mentor and develop team members, building capabilities to support business objectives Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and customer-centricity within the team Proposition evolution and digital innovation Drive segment growth through a combination of digital product innovation, new commercial initiatives, and new customer engagement tactics Drive the creation and enhancement of products and solutions tailored to the Mass market customers, ensuring accessibility, affordability, and user-friendliness Collaborate with product, tech, and design teams to develop features that meet the financial goals of mass-market consumers Leverage data analytics and AI-driven insights to deliver personalised wealth management services at scale Drive the adoption of automation and AI tools to enhance customer experience and optimise cost efficiency. Go-to-Market Strategy Lead the design and implementation of marketing and distribution strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention across digital channels Partner with digital marketing teams to craft campaigns that target and convert the mass market audience. Performance Monitoring & reporting Monitor segment performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to adjust strategy as needed. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on the segment’s progress, challenges, and opportunities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 8 years of experience in digital product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Wealth management or financial services are relevant plus Proven track record of driving growth in the digital channel, preferably within fintech environments. Understanding of digital wealth management platforms, customer segmentation, and digital marketing strategies. Demonstrated experience in automating and scaling processes ideally with the use of AI Ability to interpret financial metrics, customer insights, and business intelligence to optimize performance Experience with KPIs such as CAC, CLV, AUM per client, and conversion rates Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects Good communication and interpersonal skills CRM tools knowledge (Salesforce) as a plus
