We're looking for a Regional Property Manager to join our team supporting our businesses across Scotland & the North of England!

As a Regional Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a number of properties across the Group brands in your region. You’ll ensure that they are all maintained to the Group standards, as well as compliant with HS&E legislation. You’ll manage key projects such as refurbishment, new builds and extensions and manage the associated contractors & costs.
As well as this, you can expect to:
* Manage budgets and costs of projects and key repair and maintenance activities.
* Support the acquisitions and integrations teams on all property related matters.
* Manage dilapidations assessments and negotiations of settlement agreements as required.
* Look after the health and safety of our colleagues, customers, visitors and contractors by ensuring all work is carried out to acceptable safety standards across our business, ensuring the effective management of risk
* Support all sites, branches, departments and divisions/business units of the company with property advice, assistance, projects and any other measures required to ensure the ongoing maintenance and repair of our estate.
We understand you are more than just a CV, embracing everyone’s individuality is what makes us great as a team. We can give you plenty of training and development to succeed as a Regional Property Manager, however we are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-site business. Merchanting knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential. As well as this, we are looking for:
* Attention to detail and ability to work in a methodical and logical way, tackling problem solving in a pragmatic and practical way.
* Effective communication skills and all levels with the ability to influence others.
* Ability to manage projects, contractors and developments
* Positive individual with high levels of personal drive, enthusiasm and initiative
* Effective negotiation and persuasion skills
