Due to internal promotion, an opportunity for a People Development Manager role has arisen.
Salary up to £65k + Bonus
Wolverhampton base - 3-4 days per week. Some occasional travel to another site.
Reporting into the Director of Talent, as People Development Manager you will lead and develop an L&D team. As People Development Manager you will work with Senior stakeholders across the organisation to understand current gaps and future learning requirements across talent development, performance, early careers, management and leadership development etc.
The role will help shape and develop the Learning strategy and work closely with the team around the design and delivery of learning solutions.
As an experienced People Development Manager you will enjoy leading and developing an existing team. Whilst having the opportunity to shape and develop further the strategy as an experienced Learning and Development professional you will enjoy designing and delivering learning solutions.
