Receptionist Role Available on a temporary to permanent basis.
Pay: £11.54 per hour.
Schedule:
1. Monday and Friday: 8am-12pm
2. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 7:30am-5pm (Potentially a 2pm finish but this isn't guaranteed)
Due to an increase in business, we are now recruiting a receptionist for a busy office in Hallen. Due to the location of the business, it is essential you have access to your own transport.

DUTIES:
1. Answering phones and directing calls
2. Handling incoming mail and distributing documents
3. Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and presentable
4. Maintaining office staff and equipment
5. Assisting with planning of company events and corporate meetings
6. Preparing meeting rooms
REQUIREMENTS:
1. You must be fluent in Microsoft Office and Excel
2. Proven experience in administration or reception is essential
3. Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Candidates must have previous administration/receptionist experience and be available to start immediately on a temp to perm basis. You must be confident in dealing with people both face to face and over the phone and be a good communicator.
