We’re looking for an energetic, highly motivated Executive Assistant to join our team at Hack and Craft.
As our Executive Assistant, you will have two key focuses: cross-functional coordination with all teams on day-to-day administrative tasks, and supporting our marketing team as the company continues to grow.
In this exciting role, no two days will be the same - so we are looking for someone who is highly conscientious, driven, and organised. From overseeing recruitment drives to helping deliver thought-provoking marketing campaigns, we will ensure that you have the training and support needed to excel in this role.
You will report to our Head of Sales and Marketing. You will collaborate on tasks to create compelling marketing copy, manage our CRM system, conduct market research and competitor analysis, raise brand awareness at industry events, and more.
You will oversee a range of administrative and operational tasks and projects, including hiring processes, organising company meet-ups, booking travel and accommodation, data entry and handling, and scheduling meetings.

Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing day-to-day administrative, operational, and marketing tasks
* Cross-functional collaboration with all departments at Hack and Craft
* Coordination of recruitment campaigns, e.g., writing job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews
* CRM data handling and maintenance
* Market and competitor analysis and research
* Creation of marketing content, e.g., blog posts, whitepapers
* Attending industry events and promoting our technology to generate new leads
Minimum Requirements
* A degree in any relevant field
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a professional role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Based in the UK and able to travel/commute to events and meet-ups as required
* Must be highly motivated, conscientious, and driven
* Meticulous, organised, and strong attention to detail
* Energetic and willing to learn
* Belief in our mission: to make global supply chains more efficient, resilient, and sustainable
* Experience working for a technology company
* Good knowledge and understanding of supply chain
* Any relevant administrative and/or marketing experience/qualifications
* Experience working with CRM systems, like HubSpot
Salary: 26-30k depending on experience.
Regular company meet-ups in exciting European locations, all expenses paid.
New Apple/PC laptop with a monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and Jabra speaker.
Entirely remote working but with occasional in-person meet-ups.
