Hours of Work: Your normal hours of work will be approximately 45 hours per week, typically working 5 out of 7 days, unless otherwise agreed. * Managing engineers and admin staff
* Management of the reactive maintenance and project installations
* Accurate pricing of quotations from small repairs to new large projects and upgrades
* Maintain positive client relationships through excellent service levels, value for money provision and proactive communication.
* Ensure all KPIs are measured and delivered in line with client's expectations.
* Support and develop your team to ensure the highest professional standards are achieved at all times
* Support all staff members in maintaining the company's professional and corporate accreditations such as BAFE, NSI Gold
* Skill Sets and experience
Qualified or experienced security alarm engineer with a wealth of knowledge in commercial fire detection and security systems, including: Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control & CCTV
* Knowledge and experience of contract admin and commercially aware of financial elements for project delivery
* Proficient in security system design and specification, be able to provide system designs to meet industry standards
* Be familiar with a variety of makes and models of fire & intruder alarms system
* Computer literacy essential, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word etc
