Job Title: Service Desk Engineer (12 month fixed term contract)
Location: Bath
Salary: £30,000
The Role:
* Handling support tickets, resolving user issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, software, and hardware.
* Serve as the first point of contact for remote technical issues.
* Provide quick and effective technical support to minimise user disruptions.
The Candidate:
* Proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while maintaining professionalism.
* Knowledge of MS Client operating systems
* MS Office 365, Office 2016, Office 2010, SharePoint
The Package:
Base salary: up to £30,000
