An opportunity has arisen to join the forward thinking Strategic Commissioning and Procurement Team, this team sits within the Finance Directorate but supports, directs, and guides all Directorates across the Council. This post will sit within the adults and children’s contract monitoring team.We are looking to appoint a Commissioning Assistant who has excellent inter-personnel skills, creativity, initiative and can demonstrate knowledge in regard to social care.The role will involve developing and undertaking mechanisms to engage with users of commissioned services, and wider stakeholders to help design and shape future services.
