SPA Service Co-ordinator

Bionical Health are looking for a Service Co-ordinator who will be working within our Single Point of Access team (SPA) at our Head Office in Willington, providing support to one of our nursing services and delivering outstanding patient support.
What will you be doing as the Service Co-ordinator Advisor?
1. Managing high-volume email communications: Ensuring all email interactions are timely, professional and aligned with company standards.
2. Liaising with NHS centres regarding new patient referrals/regimes.
3. Clarifying and making amendment requests.
4. Completing welcome calls to new patients.
5. Carrying out welfare calls to Nurses or Renal Technicians regarding any issues raised.
6. Liaising with all staff members and the Clinical Lead Nurses.
7. Managing the NHS inbox and Nurse/RT inbox for both services.
8. Recording and management of Clinical Incidents and Adverse Events.
9. Overseeing communication workflows: Coordinating with departments to ensure important information is communicated effectively and efficiently.
What essential experience do you need as the Service Co-ordinator?
* Strong administration background.
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Exceptional communication skills and a keen understanding of email management and etiquette.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to organise, prioritise and streamline communication channels.
* Proven experience in email management and digital communication, with an eye for detail.
* Clinical mindset and experience.
* Awareness of NHS practices and NHS lines of communication.
* Displays a 'can do' attitude and has a flexible approach in a dynamic environment.
Shift Pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30 with a 60min lunch break.
