What You Need To Succeed
1. Proven at leading and managing structural engineering projects.
2. Preferable design experience with multi-storey RC frame, although experience with all materials would be expected.
3. Confident communicator, able to explain engineering concepts clearly and simply to a range of stakeholders.
4. Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers.
5. Excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
6. Chartered with IStructE or ICE (but not essential).
7. MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
