Job description: We have an opportunity for a Process Engineer to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations. You will identify areas for improvement, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. Principal Accountabilities: Develop, design, and implement production processes to meet the requirements of the team's operations. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the production processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues. Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide recommendations for process optimization. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process engineering. Train and mentor team members on process-related procedures and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Process Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma. Experience in the automotive or motorsport industry is preferred. Familiarity with CAD software and engineering design principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a focus on quality. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills.
