Who We Are Looking For Were seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our rapidly growing sales team. Youll be working alongside a dedicated team supplying over 1600 stocked lines to a wide range of sectors including food & drink retail, catering & hospitality, museums/attractions, fashion, cosmetics and leisure to name but a few. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Key Account Manager who can maximise revenue growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with our key account customers. Your goal will be to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring each client experiences a best in class service. Responsibilities Drive business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account customers. Understand and respond to client needs, ensuring outstanding levels of service. Develop and deliver tailored account plans and proposals to maximise revenue. Work closely with internal teams to process sales orders and quotations efficiently. Prepare pricing proposals that meet customer needs while maintaining margins. Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Continuously seek ways to improve service levels, customer loyalty, and revenue growth. Experience Proven experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Client Development. Strong selling, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ambitious, confident, and driven to exceed targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
