Job Description
As a Senior HR Business Partner:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of people.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.
6. Nurture a positive working environment.
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
1. Level 5 CIPD as a minimum.
2. People-oriented and results-driven.
3. Able to build relationships and challenge.
4. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team.
5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
6. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
7. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
8. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
