HEAD OF A&I (ADVOCACY & INFLUENCE) Professional Products Division (PPD)
I am the HEAD OF A&I, and I am responsible for building and implementing social, consumer and Pro advocacy & engagement strategy for PPD. I am a leading voice in the global & local PPD A&I community and act as a key enabler of the brand A&I teams. I work with all PPD brands and multiple functions to support social upskilling, identifying growth opportunities, implementing new tools and efficient ways of working and encouraging collaboration.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
DIVISION A&I STRATEGY AND ACCELERATION:
1. Adapt, implement, and ensure compliance to strategic frame, KPI ambitions, procedures & ways of working and reporting - in alignment with the market Multidivision and Global Division Frame
2. Be the division champion of Onefluence and Creator Loyalty, and ensure success and compliance for the division while continually aiming to build new best practices on process workflows
3. Be the driving force behind fostering a deeper connection between the PPD brand and UKI Pro influencers, and the Pro communities
4. Drive PPD A&I Acceleration on key bets to win Engagement and drive brand love and cultural relevance locally
5. PPD Champion in Multidivisional projects, eventing and any A&I related initiatives
6. Collaborate and create engagement on these topics among A&I Division & Multidivisional teams, both at Europe and local levels (best practices, insights, etc)
7. Key lead for PPD to drive A&I enablers (tools, trend hacking, seeding, learnings, ...)
REPORTING, INSIGHTS AND BEST PRACTICE SHARING
1. Streamline reporting and guide the development of high value analysis on ROI, efficiency and spend
2. Facilitate the creation and sharing of division best practices to drive innovative A&I initiatives to fuel growth
UPSKILLING:
1. Continually upskill PPD division, including all business partner teams to enable A&I success
2. Nurture the growth and development of the PPD brand A&I teams

1. Market Share of Influence for consumer and Pro influencers / Spend Efficiency / A&I Golden Rules KPIs & Compliance / Onefluence KPIs & delivery / Team engagement

WHO YOU ARE
1. Strong A&I expertise of the UKI market and excellent transversal leadership skills
2. A strategic & logical mindset and ability to bring structure & framing to a fast growing, creative and relationship driven area of the business
3. Experience across paid social content, owned channel management, advocacy & community management
4. Experience in relevant A&I agency, group or advertiser
5. Strong interest in A&I, market development and innovation, with curiosity to try the unproven
6. Good written & verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex or technical matters in a simple way across all levels of the organisation
7. A positive attitude to ambiguity and able to tackle problems with a structured approach
8. Ability to build strong working relationship with internal teams and agency partners
