What we are looking for:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for 12 months. This position would be perfect for someone who has understanding of UK payroll processing and compliance looking to develop their skills in varied role within the construction industry.
Requirements:
Previous experience completing UK payroll
Knowledge of Sage 50 would be desirable
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What you will be doing:
This role will work alongside the existing business support team to handle payroll and compliance activities. The role will be based in our head office in Rosyth, offering a competitive salary and company pension contribution.
The successful candidate will have a variety of tasks to carry out and will be responsible for payroll and reporting for all our Gerco-Fas entities.
Additional responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and update databases
Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Work alongside our external HR advisors to prepare HR documents as needed
Maintain our construction certifications including updating databases and preparation & participation in external audits
Country specific HR compliance including employee permits
