My client, a well-known growing business in the Farnborough area are looking for a full time permanent Accounts Assistant .Hours: 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) - Hybrid working model - 3 days a week in the officeCar park on sites with fantastic offices!Job duties:
* Collaborate within a professional, close-knit UK Finance team to support the business in delivering to major retailers.
* Process invoices through the Accounts Payable system, covering SG&A, Supply Chain, Stock, and Inter-company transactions.
* Resolve issues by communicating effectively (both verbally and in writing) with Vendors and key Evergreen Stakeholders.
* Reconcile Vendor statements.
* Maintain GRIR accounts and investigate any outstanding issues.
* Ensure efficient and systematic electronic filing of invoices using IT Capture and Approval.
* Assist with daily cash allocation in SAP for all Sales Ledger Customer accounts.
* Support the approval of Staff Expenses in accordance with policy.
* Help resolve blocked orders promptly in collaboration with the Customer Experience team.
* Perform daily bank reconciliations using online banking software and accurately record all transactions in SAP.
* Conduct BACS and foreign payment runs by loading payments onto the HSBC banking platform.
* Manage direct debits, including setup, control, and cancellation.
