Hours of Work: Varied hours of full-time work (37.5 hours) across seven days, including early starts, late finishes, evenings, and weekends between the hours of 05:00 - 13:00.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This role is key to the e-commerce function in shops. Attention to detail is a must, as you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and legal operation. You will be a role model for customer service, using your coaching skills to support partners in delivering an excellent experience, providing timely feedback to aid in their personal development.
You will be focused on ensuring customers get the items they want on time through overseeing the picking operation, being the first point of contact for customer queries in store, using your initiative to resolve queries and putting the customer at the center of decision making.
