The Sub-Region Management is responsible for the development and implementation of the overall strategy of Advanta in the region, both business and people development-wise. Region in this context includes all Sales and Sales Support Roles (as Delivery related roles are handled by globally acting and regionally hosted Horizontals). As an inspiring lead of a professional services business, the sub-region head will ensure the cooperative integration of the necessary Advanta and Siemens competencies to be able to deliver on our roles as "Transformational Lead", "Implementor for first-of-its-kind", "Value Optimizer" with Siemens. What part will you play? Position Advanta in the market as a leading professional services supplier in the region. He/ she will take care that the full breath of ADV portfolio is offered and implemented and aligns with the respective vertical heads in ADV EMEA. Eventually a sub-region will also host a vertical head for ADV EMEA. Whenever a custom portfolio is being sold to a local client, the sub-head and/or its client partner collaborate with the ADV EMEA vertical head and drive locally the offer operationally. Drive business growth of the company in close collaboration with the Siemens CEO of the region and other relevant units and partners with a focus on delivering value to the clients and Siemens, as well as a profitable, growing and sustainable Advanta business. Continue exploring and realizing business opportunities with existing and new clients. For existing Prio clients an account focused sales approach will be set-up and pursued with the head of the sub-region supporting to become the trusted advisor for the client. Track the impact of the relevant opportunities and projects both for Siemens as well as Advanta, in close collaboration with ADV Horizontals who will support Business Development & Sales and drive the respective project delivery for the topics in their scope. All regional client partners are assigned to a vertical and a set of specific Prio 1 and Prio 2 clients therein. Develop and manage departmental budgets and business plans in alignment with Advanta business strategy. The region will develop programs for its area of responsibility and forecast their impact and analyse their effectiveness and agility to establish future direction. Ensure that Advanta in the country/region attracts, retains, and grows a team of digital natives as necessary to fulfil the global and regional budgets as well as support the careers of the people. What you need to make real what matters. 10 years of proven experience in service and/or solutions focused professional services, consulting, system integration environment. You bring at least five (5) years of experience in a general management context, (including full P&L responsibility), preferably in a multinational environment. Experienced in building innovative business models and solutions offerings with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Experienced in implementing projects, managing the risk associated with this type of business and ensuring its profitability. Entrepreneur with a strong focus on growth and business innovation. Proven track record of having built and significantly grown businesses under your leadership. Transformational leader with the ability to successfully build an organization and create a culture of trust and high performance.
