We are currently looking for a Principal Social Worker in the Gloucestershire area to work at the heart of a children's services improvement journey to help develop practice and outstanding support across children and families they work with.
A key responsibility as a Principal Social Worker will be to lead an innovative Academy and continue the implementation of systematic practice to ensure everyone across the Social Work teams is led on the approach which will be reflective of the development of everybody.
Within this role, you will have the opportunity to be creative, challenging, and innovative as you lead on new projects for service improvements.
