Opportunity to work for a leading Solution Provider for one of their leading clients. You will be in the office 5 days a week working on deskside and remote worker tickets. You must have experience supporting Microsoft technologies.

Proven MSP Experience at 2nd Line
O365/Teams/Sharepoint/Onedrive/Windows
Strong communication skills.
Ability to speak with anyone within the business.
Responsibilities
Provide second-level support to clients.
You will support the 1st and 2nd line teams to resolve issues that come into the Service Desk (deskside/remote)
Ensure that incidents are resolved promptly to meet defined service level targets.
Complete relevant and skilled investigations, before escalating to 3rd.
