The Job The Travel Manager role focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements for Flo Health employees globally. This includes overseeing travel policies, managing bookings, and providing visa assistance. The role also involves coordinating travel for events, optimizing travel tools and processes, and fostering relationships with external vendors to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Your Experience Must have: 5 years of experience as a Travel Manager in an international company, preferably in tech; Hands-on experience with travel management tools (TravelPerk preferred); Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with stakeholders; Fluency in English. Nice to have: Russian language skills. Previous office management experience. What you'll be doing You'll be responsible for: Travel Management: Operating travel tools (preferably TravelPerk), conducting research, and assisting with bookings; Visa Assistance: Supporting employees in obtaining business visitor visas for the UK, Schengen Area, and USA; Travel Policy Optimization: Reviewing and improving travel policies to ensure efficiency and compliance; Use of Business Tools: Utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence to manage workflows effectively; Out-of-Hours Support: Providing assistance during business trips when required; Event Travel Coordination: Managing travel arrangements for corporate events such as FloFest, planning weeks, and year-end celebrations; Vendor Partnerships: Developing and maintaining relationships with external travel and service providers, Office Management Coverage: Covering for the Office Manager during their annual leave. You'll be targeted on: Adherence to budget and cost-effectiveness; Compliance with the company’s travel policy; High customer satisfaction ratings for travel support; Implementation of initiatives that drive cost savings.
