My client (nursery) in Horsham is seeking an early years assistant to work part time. Please only apply if you have relevant experience in Early Years (qualification desirable but not essential)
job is to be worked 20 hours per week from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm 5 days per week.

As an Early Years Assistant, you will support the Room Leader and Educators in providing high-quality care and education for young children. Your role will involve assisting with daily routines, engaging in activities, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
You will help maintain compliance with nursery policies, Health and Safety regulations, and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, following guidelines set by the Department for Children, Schools, and Families and OFSTED
The setting
We are an independent nursery and have numerous opportunities to foster and develop the innovative ideas of our staff.
We listen to children and encourage them to think of their own theories, the play rooms are set up in a way for children to test their hypotheses as we believe this is the best way to learn.
The nursery itself has three light and welcoming playrooms with lots of natural, open ended and reclaimed resources to explore, a large spacious garden and access to surrounding fields all of which positively impact, inspire and nurture the inquisitive mind of every child.
