Salary: £52,500 - £70,500 (including bonuses)

Experience in Years: Minimum 5 years in residential care, with 2 years supervising/managing staff

What We Require From a Registered Manager
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential care for children, with 2 years in a supervisory role
* NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
* A recent Ofsted rating of “Good” or “Outstanding”
