Working as an Early Career Teacher (ECT, formally known as NQT) you will:
Deliver exciting lessons to match the school’s teaching and learning strategies.
Work alongside support staff to ensure that the needs of all pupils are met.
Provide feedback to pupils, in line with the school’s policy.
Plan lessons effectively if it is a long-term full class role.
Attend meetings and training relevant to this role.
Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents.
Set clear expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom.
To apply for this Early Career Teacher (ECT, formally known as NQT) role you will need the following:
Currently completing a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Qualification.
Able to plan and/or deliver primary lessons to all abilities.
Experience working in Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
A passion for education and a desire to create better outcomes for all your pupils.
Be adaptable and reliable, reacting with confidence to new challenges.
A DBS on the Update Service or issued in the last 12 months.
A minimum of 2 references are required.
Working as an Early Career Teacher (formally known as NQT) for Flourish Education you will receive excellent benefits including:
A competitive salary of £125 to £154 per day which equates to £24,375 - £30,000 per annum based on working 5 days a week for the full school year and depending on experience.
The option of PAYE or Umbrella.
Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 12.07% of your day rate.
