What You Will Be Doing
* Overseeing premises maintenance, security, health and safety, and compliance across multiple school sites
* Managing contracts for services such as cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance
* Ensuring all schools meet statutory Health and Safety regulations
* Supporting and advising school premises teams on capital projects and day-to-day estate management
* Implementing and managing compliance and asset management systems
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in estates and facilities management, preferably in the education sector
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple sites
* A solid understanding of Health and Safety legislation, including risk assessments and compliance management
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
* A relevant qualification (such as NEBOSH or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards it
* A commitment to continuous professional development and the values of our Trust

* Health and Safety Qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, COSHH, etc) - Desirable
* 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent - Essential
* Management and/or facilities related qualification(s) - Essential
