We are looking to hire a Front of House Coordinator / Receptionist for our Studio in London. What You'll Do Responsibilities: Front of House/Office coordinator & Barista F&B (Food & Beverage) Close liaison with building Reception and Loading Bay for deliveries Making good quality drinks for all employees and guests Innovation around the coffee bar, making it the hub of the workplace Management of F&B (Food & Beverage), supermarket, office snacks, fruit etc. Access Control & meet and greet Assisting with stationery & office supplies orders Office checks and upkeep of meeting rooms Assisting with reporting issues to facilities management Logistical support for Events and internal communication teams Office support when needed Close liaison with Housekeepers Catering ideas and innovation What We're Looking For Requirements: Previous experience in a Front of House, hospitality, or office coordination role Background in managing food and beverage services Experience with facilities coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Why Product Madness ?
