Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs)
* Provide clear and comprehensive fire safety advice to clients
* Assist in fire consultancy, advice on bespoke works, and conduct compartmentation or intrusive surveys (support and instruction may be provided as needed)
* Support the QA Supervisor by reviewing and ensuring the quality of FRA reports
* Assist the Training Department by delivering on-site and online fire safety training courses based on client needs
* Build strong relationships with clients and partners, while ensuring effective communication with the Head of Fire Risk Management
* Contribute to business growth by delivering high-quality services, securing new business, and generating revenue through FRAs, quality assurance, and training courses
Required Skills:
1. Experience in delivering Type 1 FRAs
2. Strong communication and client-facing skills
3. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
4. Knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices
