Support communication and involvement leads prepare papers for various committees, ensuring deadlines are met and correct formatting is used, following accessibility guidelines. The post holder will plan and organise their own workload to ensure key deadlines linked to the role are met. Taking guidance, advice and support from line manager, or senior colleagues in order to complete duties. Support with the development and delivery of communication and involvement activities, such as meetings, workshops, events, and asset-based training. This could include diary coordination, organising rooms, booking venues, liaising with participants and speakers to ensure smooth running of activities, advertising and promoting to the public, staff and wider stakeholders. The post holder will be part of Calderdales Involving People Network and the wider West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership communications and involvement network.
