The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running and provide valuable support from day one. Who are we? Duties: Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding bookings slots and delivery dates. Resolve any customer queries and complaints, recognising when complaints need to be escalated to management To monitor and manage orders received via our client’s website and answer live chat queries from school contacts where applicable. To ensure that the processes, policies and procedures used are as specified within the company guidelines. Liaising with warehouse and logistics departments To meet team objectives and KPIs and follow new processes to continually improve. To process sample product requests for customers and the Account Managers. Skills Required: Computer literate and technically competent using web sites, web applications, e-commerce and ERP systems (SAP).
