We are seeking a warm, knowledgeable and experienced Chief Executive Officer. Alongside overseeing operational management, you will be leading and growing the organisation’s team of staff and freelancers, driving development and fundraising, and delivering on our strategic vision.

About the Role
Working pattern: Flexible, 4 days (30 hrs) per week
Salary: 35 - 40k pro-rata
Location: Hybrid, with some time spent in the office within The Old Courts, Wigan
Reports to: Board
Benefits: NEST pension scheme, 33 days holiday (pro-rata) plus bank holiday hours.
Notice period: 6 weeks

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing our small staff team of 2 part-time employees, approx. 5 freelancers and 10 volunteers

* Leadership in a strategic role, in the cultural sector
