As a Planning & Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective resource and scheduling strategies. This role ensures timely installation and delivery of services while maximising efficiency and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with various departments, specifically Field Installations, utilising data analysis and planning to drive operational excellence.

Key Role Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone & email ensuring timely and effective resolution.
2. Engage with customers directly to agree on suitable dates for surveys and installations, ensuring clarity and understanding.
3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Develop comprehensive installation schedules that prioritise customer needs and operational capabilities. Coordinate with Installation Teams and Regional Managers to ensure seamless execution of customer installations and timely completion.
5. Diary management & board utilisation.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. No qualifications required; however, proven experience in customer service/scheduling & diary management B2C demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices is required (Minimum 2 years).
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
4. Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
5. A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Starting Salary: £26,500. Competency training framework in place which can increase salary to £28,500.
