Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting an Ipswich based business with the recruitment of an experience PA on a permanent basis.
Working for a growing professional organisation, this role will be a key member of the team primarily supporting two busy Partners.
Responsibilities include;
* Audio typing; documents, letters and tenders
* Client liaison
* Document management
* Arranging meetings
* Managing the electronic filing system
* Other adhoc administration duties
* Assisting with content for company website
Essential experience required:
* Previous Secretarial experience gained within a professional services environment
* Audio typing experience
* Strong verbal communication and numerical skills
* Excellent IT skills
* Good time management and attention to detail
Due to the nature of the role, this position will be fully office based.
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
