About the Role: A Boutique Luxrary House Builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Q1 2025. Due to impending workload through the first quarter of 2025, they are likely to be looking to recruit Project Managers in Kent and Essex. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure that all work is done correctly, addressing any defects or issues that arise. Person Specification: CSCS SMSTS Strong verbal and written communication to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
