The role of the Office Coordinator will be to provide support to the day-to-day office activities as well as assisting the Office Manager and Security Controller. Other roles include: Managing the office inbox, responding in a timely manner POC for local community issues & site related concerns and feedback Booking visitors onto site Coordinating VIP visits and event planning POC for Digital, Marketing, H&S and Environment WE NEED THE OFFICE COORDINATOR TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING… Previous experience in an Office or Administrative role Proficient in IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite Organisation and Multi-tasking skills Experience with booking systems Previous PA or secretarial experience is a bonus An active SC clearance is required TO BE CONSIDERED….
