FM Project Manager
Location: Stevenage and surrounding areas
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum + car allowance
Candidates must have a flexible approach to travelling around Stevenage.
Urgently looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Project Manager to assist the delivery of a variety of projects across Stevenage on behalf of a Multi-National Facilities management company.
Key responsibilities for the FM Project Manager include:
1. Full accountability for the P&L on each project.
2. Identify and generate project work opportunities from within a set portfolio of maintenance contracts.
3. Work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scope(s) of work(s).
4. Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case and outcome (within agreed budget requirements and required profit margin).
5. Manage, run and draw up tenders on behalf of the customer as required.
6. Identify, reduce and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the project.
7. Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures.
8. Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s) “end to end.” Activities to include but not be limited to estimating, business development, quantity surveying, sub-contractor management and site manager duties.
9. Agree payment schedules and applications for payment.
10. Provide monthly reports to the Head of Projects/Sector Director.
11. Hold relevant H&S courses: First Aid, SMSTS, NEBOSH.
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a high level of security clearance, and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
