Dealing with customer complaints, escalating and directing via the appropriate channels. Liaising with clients regarding works to be completed. Reviewing reports and raising concerns to Contracts Manager. Ensuring online portals are up to date with information and relevant documentation. About you: Strong customer service and communication skills. IT literate having working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Experience of working within a fast paced environment and the ability to multi-task.
