Two Pas required to assist with various activities, enabling the employer to maintain an independent and fulfilling life that meets their chosen lifestyle.
Job Purpose & work Duties:
Domestic tasks e.g. laundry, housework and meal preparation.
Shopping
Outdoor walking/exercise
Taking me to appointments
Assisting with leisure activities
Supporting with
• Mobility, ensuring the employers safety
• Personal care
• Undertaking activities for employer
• Ensuring employers home is clean, hygienic, and safe
Other requirements
• Working in a safe way and highlighting health and safety concerns
• Assisting with management of employer’s health risks
• Establish and maintain effective communication
• Maintaining confidentiality
Location
• Within the employer’s home (B24 Birmingham)
Hours (14 hours each PA per week)
Rate of Pay (£ 12.21 per hour)
Requirements
• Experience of providing care
• Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred
• Locally based
• Consistency
• Motivated
• Organised
• Driver
• Good sense of humour
• Patience
• Ability to understand and deliver the needs of the employer
• Ability to undertake domestic activities
• Flexible, reliable, and honest
• Good general fitness
• An enhanced DBS check will be required
