JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
HOURS: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
INTERVIEWS: Taking place next week!
SALARY: £24,000
LOCATION: Central Bournemouth

The role:
* Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls
* Assisting with customer queries
* Building strong relationship with customers
* Providing support and advice to clients
* Updating the database with customers information
* Responding to a high volume of emails
* Maintaining client records
* Updating purchase orders on the system
* Liaising with suppliers
What You'll Bring:
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to effectively prioritise workload
* Confident telephone manner
* Strong problem solving abilities
