Senior Maintenance Technician in Luton (Mobile)
This role involves undertaking a range of tasks and procedures, working independently and sometimes guiding others. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge base and be able to apply their skills effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out additional tasks as requested by Supervisors and Managers.
* Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for various sectors including domestic, commercial, retail, Petrochem, and Industrial.
* Conduct Emergency Lighting Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM), repairs, and alterations.
* Perform Portable Appliance testing.
* Utilize Thermal Imaging techniques.
* Commission, maintain, and repair Electric Vehicles (EVs).
* Undertake electrical installation work.
* Take corrective action where authorized with prior agreement.
* Attend team and individual meetings to review performance and development.
* Complete EICRs efficiently, liaising with clients to minimize site disruption.
* Conduct a variety of electrical PPM tasks.
* Perform small installation works efficiently and with strong customer care focus.
* Demonstrate behaviors and cultural values aligned with the service quality standards of POWERTEST / VINCI Facilities Management.
Requirements:
* Approved Electrician status.
* Holding 231/2382 Test and Inspection certification.
* UK Driving Licence.
