An exciting opportunity has become available for a full time ward clerk band 2 post on ward 10 MDCU (medical day case unit) in Broad Green Hospital.
The role requires the successful candidate to have good basic IT skills and to be able to speak confidently to patients when dealing with their enquires either face to face or over the phone. The successful candidate will also be responsible of arriving the patients via the IPM system for their appointment and ensuring they have a new appointment for their next treatment if required.
The main roles are answering the phone, good basic computer skills, ensuring patients next appointments have been booked. Dealing with the public on a daily basis.
preferably previous experience is required but training will be given. The candidate needs to be confident in this role
