*Key responsibilities include:
* • Supporting the UK Marketing Director in the implementation of the UK marketing strategy
* • Owning the national retail calendar, campaigns, key trading dates and local centre initiatives
* • Working with the UK and group marketing teams to deliver multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns
* • Reporting on effectiveness of brand and campaign marketing activity
* • Managing the programme of BAU PR activity, through the PR agency
* • Supporting the launch of new initiatives including new products and promotions
* • Supporting the implementation and adoption of updated brand communications and creative
* • Supporting the continuous improvement of the brand interiors in centres through the new centre openings and refurbs
* • Managing relationships with key suppliers to KPI's, including creative agencies, print and stock management, PR, merchandise, graphic designers, influencers, content creators and AV
* • Managing the development and creation of marketing assets, including writing copy for different audiences and channels, collateral creations, POS, video, digital images, social media content
* • Managing the national charity partnership to maximising the exposure of activities and fundraising, raising the profile of the brand to consumers
* • Identifying and championing opportunities to enhance customer experience along the customer journey
* • Managing the print and stock management agency and system
* • Keeping accurate records of spend and ROI across all marketing activities
* • Line management and development of a team of five, including social media marketing manager, marketing executives, marketing assistants
*Requirements include:
* • Strong understanding and experience of marketing strategy and tactics
* • Strong line management and team development experience
* • Strong commercial acumen
* • Good knowledge and experience of working with the full marketing mix, digital advertising channels and techniques
* • Passion for championing the customer and using insights to drive customer experience improvements
* • Previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced, commercially focused multi-site business
* • Passion and track record for working with creative, content, PR and print agencies
* • Knowledge of and experience of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, content creation, and influencer campaigns
* • Experience of monitoring and measuring, e.g. through brand tracking and campaign performance measurement
* • Management of external agencies including print, social media, PR, creative, content
* • Budget management experience
* • Project management skills - ability to juggle several different projects at once and prioritise
* • Creative flair and commercial acumen
