The role of Senior Paid Media Lead What You’ll Be Doing: Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, and social media channels. Develop tailored strategies to achieve client objectives, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable value. Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and present actionable insights to clients. Build strong, professional relationships with clients as a trusted advisor Collaborate with the wider team and departments, leading by example, mentoring junior team members and looping in senior members of the business as necessary in the pursuit of excellent results. About You: To excel in this role, you should: Have at least 4 years’ experience in managing paid media campaigns with a strong focus on results. Be adept at managing budgets, analysing data, and refining campaigns for maximum impact. Possess excellent organisational and communication skills to manage projects and provide actionable insight to stakeholders effectively. Have experience writing compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign goals. Stay curious and proactive in exploring emerging trends and technologies in paid media.
