Job Title: SEMH Learning Support Assistant
This role is ideal for a Psychology graduate looking to pursue a career in Education, Therapy, Psychological Research, Mental Health, or Speech and Language. As a SEMH Learning Support Assistant, you will be working alongside a dedicated inclusion team, teachers, and SLT to provide support to pupils with SEMHD and/or Social Inclusion needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to pupils with SEMHD and/or Social Inclusion needs
* Work alongside a supportive, friendly, and determined inclusion staff
* Facilitate the differentiation of tasks for students
* Work with small groups or individual students on specific tasks
