We're seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Team Members, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and deliver a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
* Lead and develop a team of Customer Team Members, providing coaching and training to ensure they meet customer service standards
* Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and implement business initiatives
* Monitor and report on customer feedback and sales data to inform business decisions
This role would suit someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service. You'll be confident in your ability to motivate and develop a team, and have a keen eye for detail.
